As a Client Success Specialist, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of PostNet company’s exceptional service and ensuring that customers get all the help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining materials. As well as assisting customers, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. This position offers on-the-job education.

Client Success Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer experience
  • Improve and implement onboarding processes.
  • Mediate between clients and agency.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently

Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
